DAILY RATE: Our regular daily rate for this season,
'09-'10 is $30.00
( without discounts) per night, plus Arizona sales tax.
WEEKLY RATE: Based on $15.00 per day plus tax.

MONTHLY RATE: Our monthly rate is $175.00 per month, plus metered electricity at .20 cents per kilowat hour. This rate is in effect from 1 Oct until the following April 1st if:
You have reserved a particular spot, or If your RV is in the Park from Oct until April and you or someone else is living in it.
SEE the information below regarding the fenced in areas, they do cost $10.00 a month more. There are a couple of extra large spots and the rate for these is a little more too.RENTAL UNITS: Any unit that is occupied by someone who is not the owner will be subject to an increased rental, see us at the office before you sub-lease. All tenants must be approved by management. SUMMER STORAGE: starts April 1st. or the day you leave if after April 1st. and continues until October 1st or when You come back, when the regular monthly rate begins.
STORAGE - WINTER VISITOR RATE: Winter visitors may store their RV or Park Model for the summer, in the same spot they occupy during the winter months. The rate for storing your RV for the summer is $1.25 per day and starts the day you leave. However, the winter monthly rate starts on October first for the next winter season.
RV's or Vehicles left without prior arrangements will incur a storage charge of $6.00 per day + The normal monthly rent per unit for the first 30 days.Vehicles, abandoned or left longer than 6 months without prior arrangements will be sold for storage.WE HAVE FENCED and gated six spaces with three foot high chain link fence. They are spaces #15 thru #20. We charge $10.00 per month extra for these spots. This will give you some private space. THE SAME GROUND rules still apply, keep your space clean and pick up after your dog, and keep them quiet.WE ALSO SUGGEST that if you are interested in a fenced yard, you reserve them early.... there is a waiting list.!!
