DAILY RATE: Our regular daily rate for this season,
2013/14 is $30.00 +tax ($32.42)
WEEKLY RATE: Based on $15.+tax per day. ($16.25)

MONTHLY RATE: Our monthly rate is $210.00 per month, plus metered electricity at APS rate per kilowat hour. Monthly rates are non-refundable. You can opt to pay a daily rate or weekly rate if you leave early. This rate is in effect from 1 Oct until the following April 1st if:
You have reserved a particular spot, or
If your RV is in the Park from Oct until April .
SEE the information below regarding the fenced in areas, they do cost $20.00 a month more.
Sold or rented units: All new tenants must be approved by management.
SUMMER STORAGE: $40.00 per month and starts April 1st. or the day you leave if after April 1st. and continues until October 1st when the regular monthly rate begins.
STORAGE - WINTER VISITOR RATE: Winter visitors may store their RV or Park Model for the summer, in the same spot they occupy during the winter months. The rate for storing your RV for the summer is $40.00 a month and starts the day you leave, if after April 1st. However, the winter monthly rate starts on October first for the next winter season.
RV's or Vehicles left without prior arrangements will incur a storage charge of $6.00 per day + The normal monthly rent per unit for the first 30 days.
Vehicles, abandoned or left longer than 6 months without prior arrangements will be sold for storage.
WE HAVE FENCED and gated spaces with three foot high chain link fence.
They are spaces #13 thru #20. We charge $20.00 per month extra for these spots. This will give you some private space.
THE SAME GROUND rules still apply, keep your space clean and pick up after your dog, and keep them quiet.
WE ALSO SUGGEST that if you are interested in a fenced yard, you reserve them early.... there is a waiting list.!!
PASSPORT AMERICA:
We are a member of Passport America, which entitles its members to special daily rates, i.e. one half of the
regular daily rate plus Arizona tax, for as many days as You need, depending on site availability. Passport America rates are cash only.
HAPPY CAMPER:
We are also a member of Happy Campers, another group that passes one half rates on to its members, for as many days as You need, also depending on site availability. Happy Camper rates are cash only.
SKP rates are half off the regular rate. ( $16.25)

WE HAVE a Daily, Weekly, Monthly , & Winter visitor-Storage rate.
Rates are for 1-2 people per site. Additional people are $2.50 per person per night. There are no refunds on monthly rates unless you want to pay the $30.00+tax daily rate for your length of stay.
