THERE WILL BE  NO TEST on this information, so you do not have to

memorize it, but it might be helpful in the future.

 

WE ARE  a full service, adult-oriented, RV Park (over 55).    All monthly

spaces are metered and have full hook-ups. (Water, Sewer, Power).

Some of the spaces have telephone services available through the local

phone company. 

 

The BIG news is:  We are Now a WIFI HOTSPOT!  When you get here,

you will pick up a signal, ask at the office for a password.  You can choose

daily, weekly or monthly  rates, it's all up to you.  1 day= $1,   1 week= $4.

1 month= $  10

 

 

MANY OF the spaces have shade trees and fruit trees.    We ask that

you don't pick it before it's ripe, no sense wasting it just to see if it's

ready.  It is Not Ripe in November, believe me. 

The spaces are desert landscaped.

 

The park is fenced by a four foot high chain link fence on three sides

and  a new straw bale fence across the front.

 

WE HAVE a laundry, rest rooms, showers,  and a patio

dining area.

 

WE HAVE our own well and it is the BEST water in Arizona!

 

WE ARE conveniently located in Southwest Arizona. (Please see Map

WE HAVE something for almost everyone to enjoy.

 

OUR RATES are comparable and competative in the area. (Please see

SOME THINGS YOU MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN KNOWING

ABOUT US:

 

All THE buildings in the Park are "smoke-free".  THIS SUMMER - ALL OF

THE PUBLIC BUILDINGS IN ARIZONA ARE SMOKE FREE.  No ashtrays

within 20 feet of an entrance to a building.

 

PETS ARE always welcome! ( 15 lb. size limit ). We are currently

rethinking this policy. We may exclude the little "white-colored" Scotty dogs.

I bent over to pet one last season and the wretched pest took a bite out

of my popsicle...   we may have to initiate a "pet deposit" to cover the

cost of my popsicles.

Keep your dog on a leash at all times and pick up after it ALWAYS.  Cats

may wander at will ( they don't bark, or bite and they bury their poop).* * *

 

We provide a space for you to pick up your mail here at the Park, but

want you to remember that if you wish to have your mail sent to us via

the US Post office, use only the P.O. Box 87, Salome,AZ. 85348 address,

the street address of 64508 East Highway 60 is only to be used to send

or receive packages or mail through UPS or FEDEX, not the Post Office.  Pay attention

to this, it will save you a lot of grief waiting for your mail to catch up with

you.
